Non-destructive excavation uses high-pressure water and vacuum extraction to expose buried services without mechanical contact, eliminating the risk of strike damage. It is required for pot-holing and proving the location of live services (electrical, gas, water, telecommunications) before mechanical excavation begins. CFH Civils operates a 3000L non-destructive vacuum excavation unit with ten years of specialist experience.
